Shipping and Transit Time
All orders ship from our warehouse in Lawrenceville, GA. via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail and are processed within 24 hours of order completion, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2PM ship the next business day. Saturday and holiday order request are processed the next business day. EXPRESS delivery is also available and ships same day if processed by 3PM EST.
Returns and Exchanges
EXCHANGE/RETURN:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Haute By TAI´SHEREE purchase, please feel free to return any unworn, unused items with tags attached in its original packaging and condition for an even Exchange or Merchandise Credit within 7 days.
Please be sure that the item(s) is/(are) free of make-up, stains of any kind, residue and free of odor.
Returns are accepted for an Exchange or Store Credit with our authorization only. Shipping is non-refundable. All "SALE" items are Final Sale.
Under garments, Shape wear, Hosiery etc., can not be exchanged or returned due to safety and sanitary reasons.

SUBJECT: (Exchange/Return) within 3 days of receiving your merchandise with the following information:

- (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization # (List on outside of package)
- Invoice Number

Haute By TAI´SHEREE takes fashionable pride in stocking the latest trends within our inventory; therefore, returned/exchanged merchandise must be received within 7 days of receiving RMA#. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
We are also unable to accept responsibility for lost return/exchanged packages without proof of delivery or insurance. Returned items are only issued as a an Exchange or Merchandise Credit; original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise; Please insure returned or exchanged items.
Haute By TAI´SHEREE will not issue a Return Authorization for damages and claims AFTER the indicated dates.
Haute By TAI´SHEREE has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.
- Please note that all return packages with an attempt to be delivered without a RMA# will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
